My second iPhone application, ChalkBoard, has been accepted into the App Store. ChalkBoard is a simple sketching application that allows you to easily draw on a chalkboard.

So far there is only one major feature which is shake to earse. I am working on getting colors and a full eraser, but these things take time. As of now, it is simply your 99 cent sketch application. Have fun!

I have always loved the racing game Raging Thunder and today it is finally in the App Store. (iTunes Link)

It seems as though the game has been totally revamped ever since it was out on jailbroken iPhones. Were looking at new graphics, WIFI multiplayer, new physics, customizable controls I am expecting Raging Thunder to be the best racing game in the App Store. It prices at $7.99 and I am sure its worth the money.

First App In the App Store

I have my first app in the App Store, yay!

This app is called Number One (App Store link). It is a simple speed dial app for one tap dialing. You set a phone number, when you click the icon, it dials that phone number. If you want to reset that phone number, you can do that at anytime.

I do not expect to get great reviews for this app and I don’t think it’s anything special. I am glad I have an app out there though, and hopefully I can make better ones over time.

If you would like to donate for whatever reason, this would be the best way to do it.

V-Moda Vibe Duo Re-engineered

I wrote a post back in the day warning buyers about the V-Moda Vibe Duo Headphones. This was because these high quality, expensive headphones had a flaw that would cause the headphones to develop a short within a few months. I experienced this problem along side with hundreds of other customers.

A lot of companies make mistakes, but it are the good companies that recognize their mistakes and makes up for them. V-moda is one of those companies. After my buyer beware post, a very nice fellow by the name of Grant Marek contacted me. He was from a company called FormulaPR, which is the PR company for V-moda. He told me that V-moda understood that there was a mechanical flaw in the Vibe Duos and were re-moddling them. About a month later, I got a package from Grant with the new Vibe Duos in it.

As you can see from the pictures, the new version has a bigger and more stable jack. Obviously, the short came from a problem in the jack and not in the headphones themselves. I assume this new jack is much more sturdy and will satisfy customers who had past problems with the Vibe Duos. Grant gave me some specs about the jack, “It has a 45-degree flexible design and a sleek, sturdy core fused w/ a 35-corrot gold plated plug.” Sounds pretty nice to me :)
So, that buyer beware is gone. Go buy your Vibe Duos!
