Since “Fart For Free” is doing so well, now #1 in the free entertainment apps list and #7 in the all categories free apps list, it is a little bothersome that the 100,000 downloads I get does not produce any bit of profit.

So, that said, I have submitted an add-on application to “Fart For Free” called “Fart For A Buck.”

“Fart For A Buck” will include 16 more fart sounds that are even more high quality. So not only do you get all 16 of “Fart For Free,” sounds, but you get 16 more great fart sounds.

Kind of tells you how much this country enjoys bathroom humor. I mean hey, a fart can easily make me laugh :)

My Free Fart App Takes Off

I decided to make a free fart application called “Fart For Free

When I made this, my original intentions were to sell it, but after seeing all the .99 fart applications in the app store, I decided I was gonna make it free and maybe, it would help me out in the end by giving me more publicity.

Well, in the second day of selling “Fart For Free” it has become the 81st most downloaded free app in the entertainment category.

Just on 1/8/09, I had over 3000 units downloaded.

I’m trying not to think about the money I would be getting if I made this .99 :)

Spotify: Unlimited Amount Of Music At Your Fingers

Here’s my reaction to Spotify: “Wow”

Picture 2.png

Spotify is a new music service, in beta, that gives you access to a HUGE music database. In a sentence, you to play/stream any song in the world as if they were on your computer. Imagine searching on iTunes and hearing a preview of a few songs. Spotify is essentially the same, but faster, and full length songs.

You ask, “How is that possible.” Well, Spotify has cut deals with EMI, Warner Music, Sony BMG and three other major labels, which all responded positively to the new concept. Spotify also uses a new kind of P2P technology that allows you to double click a song and have in playing as if it was right on your computer.

There are only a few downsides to Spotify. You cannot download the songs and therefor cannot put the songs on your iPhone or iPod. This is obvious because if you were allowed to do this, lets just say musicians wouldn’t be making nearly as much money as they do now.

Spotify is also in beta. US residents cannot signup for the service due to some legal problems. So, if you’re not in UK, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Spain or France, send me a shout out and ill be sure to give you an invitation.
