iPhone App Cannot Be Opened?

Sat, Jul 12, 2008

iPhone

I have been playing with 2.0 for a while now and I have found numerous bugs. Today, I came over something that cannot exactly qualify as a bug, but is defiantly very weird. Suddenly, when I tried to open Tap Tap Revenge I got this popup:

If anyone can explain this, I would love you to. I tried many times after that and I got the same error. I opened other apps, closed them and tried again… same error. I even restarted my iPhone and it STILL did not work. Somehow, I must have broken the app!

Then while just fooling around, I tried opening Facebook. DIDNT OPEN! SAME ERROR:

I didn’t even open Facebook anytime recent before this occurred. Has this happened to anyone else? Any answer would be great.

P.S. This will be my last post for 2 weeks. i’ll be back before you know it!

I am having the same problem with my iPod Touch.

I cannot open most apps, and I cannot play one of the movies I purchased on iTunes.

I will not be near my iTunes computer for a week.

    Totally sucks.

I am having a problem very close to this. mine wont open at all on my iphone, but the error message does not pop up. i deleted a few apps to see if the bug was connected, and would maybe be erased, but nothing has changed.

a temporary solution to the problem is to delete the app and download it and reinstall it again. (with apps that you have already paid for, it downloads them without cost) its a pain but the only solution that i have been able to find.
