Google Went Down For 1 Minute?

Is it possible that Google.com was down for 1 minute at around 8:56 PM Eastern Time? At this time, I was searching on google for an ajax wordpress plugin and this is what happened:

I refreshed:

http___www.google.com_search?q=adium&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8-1-1.jpg

Could this be? Was my internet just screwing with me? What the heck does hitboxgateway mean? Please tell me I didn’t just witness Google, a website with and infinite amount of backup servers go down…

When I took the screenshots and then refreshed, it went back to normal.
